You can order online or  email /fax/phone your order.

On line orders will be processed through PayPal. 

All orders will be dispatched within 24 – 48 hours.  If the item is not in stock we will notify you.  All out of stock items will be replenished ASAP.   

If you live in the Edmonton area and would like to pick up your order to avoid shipping charges that is possible. Please e mail or call in your order to avoid shipping charges.  Do not order on line if you wish to avoid shipping charges. 

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel the order providing it has not been shipped out.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

We are able to order most German books, DVDs, CDs for you.  Please e mail us your wish list and we will confirm the items with prices and an approximate delivery date. 

SHIPPING

All smaller orders will be shipped via Canada Post.  All large items via FedEx Ground Service. 

Most items will arrive within 3 business days.

USA and International Customers are responsible for their own duties and taxes. 

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express with our PayPal  account.    If you wish to pay with cheque, please e mail us your order.  We will e mail you back to confirm your order with the exact total.  Once the cheque clears your parcel will be shipped.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with an item you ordered, please return the item within 14 days for a refund/exchange.  Opened DVDs, software  and CDs will not be refunded.    

Special ordered items are also not refundable.
Shipping costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
